Three Meditations
for Deeper Relaxation and Overall Balance


The following meditations from Dr. Ljubisa Stojanovic are useful in promoting healing and inner peace especially when done for between three and five minutes daily. Assume a comfortable position (lying or sitting) with your eyes closed. You can even do these while at your office desk for deeper relaxation and enhanced performance.



SUNSET MEDITATION
  • Imagine a sea coast a few yards from the shoreline. You sit down on a stone facing the sea. The sun has just touched the surface of the sea on the horizon and a twinkling reflection of sun rays is spreading out and onto the coastline where you are sitting. While seated on the stone, continue to observe the sun set. It is mild to the eye and easy to look at. The sun and sun ray reflections on the water have now spread all the way to you. Try to observe both these things-- the orb of the sun and the golden rays spreading to you--simultaneously.

    Whenever you loose contact with the sun and its rays on the water always come back to them.

    When you perform this meditation always make the stone the same. The meditation begins from the moment you sit down on the stone.

TESLA'S MEDITATION
  • Close your eyes and imagine yourself to be comfortably contained within a large column of energy. Inside the column appears a greyish mist. While watching the mist, you begin to see that the mist forms dot patterns. Focus on one dot while within the column, and continue the meditation for between 2 and 3 minutes.The experience of this focus is the meditation itself. Watch what happens.

SHIVA'S MEDITATION

This meditation done twice a day will provide the maximum health benefit.

  • Once again, with eyes closed say to yourself or aloud: "Dark Blue energy enters through my toes in my feet. Dark Blue energy passes through my calves. Dark Blue energy passes through my thighs. Dark Blue energy passes through my genital organs." ...and continue as before with the sentence "Dark Blue passes through..." including the following body parts and organs: pelvis; kidneys; spleen; liver; gall bladder; large intestine; small intestine; stomach; lungs; heart; spine; neck and head. Visualize the dark blue energy as mist moving from one body part to another.

    Continue with "Dark Blue energy exits through the crown of my head and stops just above my head.

    Finish by saying to yourself or aloud: "Yellow energy enters through the crown of my head then exits through my feet and into the ground."

    It is necessary to reintroduce the dark blue energy each time in order to maintain the separate organs. The yellow energy balances the body, it does not maintain it.


Benefits of these three meditations include calming of the nervous system; cleansing; blood circulation and nervous system improvement; improved rest and relaxation. This will improve job and life performance.
